Thank you for enrolling in NOINOPIA classes and for your interest in our additional NOINOPIA Support Program. To be considered for our Support Program, complete the application below.
Please note: Participation is limited and based on need as determined by NOINOPIA.
NOINOPIA SUPPORT PROGRAM RULES AND GUIDELINES
The following Rules and Guidelines apply to your participation in the NOINOPIA Support Program (the “Program" or “Programs"):
1. Program Participation: Your participation in the Program is free of charge and “At Will”. Either you or NOINOPIA may terminate your participation in the Program for any reason and at any time. If your participation in the Program is terminated for any reason, you may reapply up to one additional time for acceptance in a NOINOPIA Program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, reapplication is not an assurance of Program acceptance.
2. Program Stages: NOINOPIA's Programs are defined in stages, which are used to gauge your progress in the given Program. You must complete all defined activities for a given stage of the Program for that stage to be considered successfully completed. NOINOPIA, in its sole discretion, determines when a stage has been successfully completed.
3. Program Financial Support: A. If you are enrolled in the Program as Support Eligible, there is the potential for you to earn financial support credits for completion of Program stages. These credits may be redeemed for:
gift cards (food, gas and clothing).
direct payments made by NOINOPIA to approved creditors.
direct purchases, by NOINOPIA, of items necessary to meet your basic needs as mutually agreed to by NOINOPIA and you.
B. All financial support will be awarded within five business days after the receipt of all required Program documentation.
C. Should your financial support check or gift card be lost or stolen, you may request a replacement gift. Issuance of replacement financial support is at the sole discretion of NOINOPIA. Replacement financial support will be equal to 80% of the original financial support value. You are only entitled to receive one (1) replacement financial support payment per the term of the Program.
D. To receive the full advertised financial support of the Program, you must complete all stated requirements of the Program. NOINOPIA, in its sole discretion, will determine if a Program participant has completed any or all Program requirements necessary to receive financial support.
4. Conduct: NOINOPIA expects that, at all times, you will: a) be honest with us, b) be true to your word, c) be respectful of all individuals associated with the Program with whom you interact, d) be willing to ask for help, and e) be committed to our Program. Furthermore, you agree that you may only contact, discuss or otherwise communicate with your assigned NOINOPIA representatives about matters related to your Program participation during normal business hours and through communication means and channels deemed acceptable by your representative. Contacting your representative outside of these times and means may result in your termination from the Program.
5. Privacy: A. NOINOPIA retains the right to publish photographs of you taken within the context of our programs. We will use them for NOINOPIA promotional purposes only, in print, video and online, including social media sites and www.noinopia.org. If you do not want us to use photographs of you in promotional materials, please notify us.
B. During the course of the NOINOPIA Program, we may share your contact information (name, phone and/or email address) with our volunteers, teachers, coaches and/or other NOINOPIA associates for the sole purpose of supporting you through the Program.
