  • USALLIANCE Financial is a full service, not-for-profit financial institution. Founded in 1966, USALLIANCE has grown to more than 140,000 members and more than $2.5 billion in assets.

    It offers a full range of checking, savings, credit cards, and loan products. It also offers various online banking services that consistently provide top-of-market rates on Certificate Accounts. Members have access to more than 6,000 branch facilities and 30,000+ fee-free ATMs. The local USALLIANCE branch is conveniently located at 555 Boston Post Road in Port Chester, NY (in the Whole Foods shopping center).

  • Credit unions are member-owned and member operated. As a member of USALLIANCE, you are also an owner/shareholder. Once you are a member of USALLIANCE, you and your immediate family members are eligible for membership for life.

    As a not-for-profit financial institution, revenue is returned to USALLIANCE members in the form of lower fees, competitive loan rates, and higher dividends on savings accounts.

  • Part of building our financial future is forming relationships with other individuals and organizations who can help us on our financial journey. Through USALLIANCE, we saw a unique opportunity to provide banking products and services not available to the general consumer, that align with goals for our Participants for building savings, eliminating debt and improving credit.   • This partnership is open to all who have participated in NOINOPIA as well as your family members. This includes:

    • All who have participated in our NOINOPIA Programs and your family members

    • NOINOPIA volunteers and your family members

    • NOINOPIA donors and your family members

    Whether you were part of NOINOPIA ten years ago or last year, you’re eligible to join! If you’re unsure if you qualify for this partnership or have other questions about joining, contact us.

  • Absolutely! As we always say, once you become part of the NOINOPIA family, you’re family for life.

  • There’s no cost to join. This partnership is offered as a free benefit to you as a NOINOPIA family member. Before deciding whether to join, we suggest you speak with a USALLIANCE Ambassador to determine if their products and services align with your needs and goals.

  • Absolutely not! This program is offered as a benefit for those who choose to participate. NOINOPIA is not endorsing the product for your specific use as only you can determine if this offer is right for your specific financial situation.

Account Information and Management

  • Yes, you can open multiple accounts to meet your various financial needs, such as checking, savings, credit cards, etc.

  • USALLIANCE offers online and mobile banking services, making it convenient for you to manage your accounts, transfer funds, and more from anywhere.

  • You don’t need to live in Westchester County to participate. USALLIANCE has 9 USALLIANCE branches plus more than 5,600 shared Co-op branches and 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs. Plus, you can bank online from anywhere.

    Before making a decision to join, understand your banking preferences – in-person and/or online – and discuss them with a USALLIANCE Ambassador.

  • USALLIANCE takes the security of your information seriously and employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data. You can ask for details on their security protocols when you speak with a USALLIANCE Ambassador.

For Further Consideration

  • Short Answer: Everyone.

    • USALLIANCE’s national charter allows it to serve members from a multitude of different financial needs and backgrounds.

    • It has partnered with many major employer groups of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies such as AMEX, IBM, PepsiCo and its affiliate partners to smaller businesses and community groups, such as NOINOPIA.

    • USALLIANCE has a “Low Income Designation” certification by the NCUA, which allows it the opportunity and ability to serve members recognized to have challenges accessing mainstream financial products and services.

  • At a minimum, we recommend you consider the following:

    • What are your financial needs and goals? Before deciding whether to join, we suggest you speak with a USALLIANCE Ambassador to determine if their products and services align with your needs and goals.

    • Are you comfortable with online-banking? If you prefer in-person banking, are USALLIANCE branch locations and banking hours convenient for you?

    • Ask USALLIANCE Ambassadors about fee structures, if any, associated with the products or services you are considering.

    • Ask USALLIANCE Ambassadors if they perform a hard or soft pull on your credit score when you apply for an account and understand the differences.
